By accessing or using VAOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

VAOS provides hosting and management services for AI assistants. We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and resource limits.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You may not use VAOS for illegal activities or to generate harmful content
  • You remain responsible for your AI agent's actions and output
  • Abuse of resources or attempts to circumvent usage limits are prohibited
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are charged monthly through Polar.sh. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

VAOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to abuse of resources, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your agent will be stopped and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content and data you provide to your AI agent. VAOS retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAOS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your AI agent's actions or outputs.
